What counts as a seat?
Each person who is a member of your workspace (owner, admin, or member) counts as one seat, regardless of how many boards or projects they touch.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be asked to add billing details to continue. Nothing is deleted — your workspace is simply paused until a plan is active.
Can I self-host instead?
Yes. PMAPP is open source under AGPL-3.0 and can be self-hosted for free, with no seat limits. The hosted plans above are for teams who would rather not run their own infrastructure.
How does the AI budget work?
Each plan includes a monthly budget for AI provider usage (denominated in the provider's own cost, not a fixed request count), covering chat, the voice assistant, and document ingestion where your workspace admin has enabled it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing settings in your workspace. There is no long-term contract on the Team or Studio plans.
